Our founder brings nearly 20 years of payroll experience, having worked with Big 4 consulting firms and supported complex payroll operations for large organizations.
Through that experience, one thing became clear—while big companies benefit from dedicated payroll teams and deep advisory support, small and mid-size businesses are often left with limited guidance and one-size-fits-all solutions. Yet their compliance risks and payroll challenges are just as real.

To support our clients efficiently, we operate a hybrid delivery model, with our U.S. headquarters in Texas and an offshore office in Hyderabad, India, a global center for payroll and technology talent.
